2. Description of Services

FilerBros provides business document preparation and filing services across the full business lifecycle — including formation (LLC, Corporation, Non-Profit), registered agent service, EIN/IRS filings, compliance and annual reports, business amendments, dissolution and reinstatement, and related financial and business tools. We assist with preparing and filing documents with the appropriate state and federal agencies. We are not a law firm, CPA firm, or bank, and do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice.

For select services, we offer an interactive Case Builder that gathers your information through our AI Concierge chat, drafts your filing package, and routes it through human operator review before anything is generated or submitted — we do not auto-submit filings to a government agency without a human reviewing the case first.

3. Not Legal, Tax, or Financial Advice

The information provided on this website and through our services — including anything generated by our AI Concierge — is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or tax advice. We strongly recommend consulting with a licensed attorney, accountant, or other qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.

4. AI Concierge and Automated Tools

Our AI Concierge and Case Builder tools are automated aids that provide general procedural information and help collect the details needed for your filing. They do not exercise independent legal judgment, and any document they help produce is reviewed by a human operator before it is finalized. You remain responsible for reviewing all information and generated documents for accuracy before authorizing us to file or submit them on your behalf.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information, including for any government filing prepared on your behalf
• Promptly review and correct any generated documents before authorizing submission
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account and any operator credentials issued to you
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use our services for any unlawful purpose

6. Fees and Payment

Our service fees are displayed on our website and are separate from state filing fees, which are set by each state government and may change without notice. All fees are due at the time of order placement and are processed through our third-party payment processor. 7. No Guarantee of Government Outcomes

We prepare and, where applicable, submit filings on your behalf, but we do not control and cannot guarantee the decisions, processing times, or outcomes of any state Secretary of State office, the IRS, or any other government agency. Some services — such as EIN applications for applicants without an SSN/ITIN — depend on manual government processes (for example, fax submission) that are outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

FilerBros shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Third-Party Services

Some features rely on third-party providers (including payment, email, and AI model providers). We select these providers carefully, but we are not responsible for outages, errors, or failures caused by a third-party provider that are outside our reasonable control.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of FilerBros and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

11. Termination
