Our Story
FilerBros began with two friends and one maddening stack of paperwork. Ahmad was helping Hamza register his first company — a quick favor, they figured. Instead, an afternoon stretched into a week of cryptic state forms, fees that appeared out of nowhere, and support lines that led nowhere.
It struck them that if two people who genuinely enjoy this stuff were getting tripped up, a first-time founder never stood a fair chance. So they built the company they wished had existed that week: honest pricing, real people who pick up the phone, and filings done right the first time — no jargon, no guesswork.
